ORDER PROCESSING
Our goal is to handle and dispatch all online orders within 1-2 business days of order placement. However, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and dispatch during busy times . Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. During peak periods, such as sales events, public holidays, or the day following public holidays, order processing times may extend.
Free Shipping:
We offer free express post delivery on all orders Australia wide .
Estimated delivery times are as below:(Excluding the order processing time)
Metro area: 1-2 business days
Regional: 2-4 business days
Remote: 4-10 business days
Once your order is shipped we will provide you with an Australia Post Tracking Number, allowing you to track your order on the Australia Post website. If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package will be redirected to your nearest local Post Office for collection. Please ensure you bring valid photo identification when collecting your parcel. It's important to note that Silvana & Mary does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers, as we require signatures for all deliveries. Please be aware that once an order is shipped, we will not be able to modify your order details or cancel your order.

Please note we do not issue refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind and please be aware that the Australian Consumer Guarantees do not come into effect if your reason for return is merely a change of mind, finding a cheaper alternative elsewhere, disliking the purchase, or having no immediate need for it. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us before making a purchase .
• To issue a refund , items must be returned within 14 days of initial delivery date.
• A refund will only be applicable if you can provide proof of purchase.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept return for earring purchases
• All returned items must remain in their original condition.
• Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
• Please ensure to return package using a trackable post service.
